The Society of Floristry Promenade stand in the main hall will consist of the four finalists from the Florist of the Year Competition. These four talented florists will provide free demonstrations throughout the day on Sunday.

Runner-up Sioned Rowlands MSF who has her own business "Tulipa" in Denbigh, and a part-time tutor at the Welsh College. She has completed her level 4 and is now studying for level 5. Her floor standing design in the competition won her a first place, and Sioned will be bringing it and re-creating the outstanding piece at the show for you all to see.
Lucy Hutton-Smith NDSF AIFD FSF is now a freelance florist and an ambassador for Smithers-Oasis and lives near Richmond North Yorks. Lucy is another well-known designer, for her winning entries, both at Harrogate Show, Teleflorist Competition and 1ST place in the SFE Window Design sponsored by Viva. Her winning Bridal Bouquet in the competition will be shown again at the show, so you can see her constructing the design from the beginning.
Joanne Swanson NDSF FSF is another florist running her own flower shop in Bath, but always tries to enter competitions whenever she can, as she says "It's a way of improving my skill and techniques, both seeing other competitors and talking to the judges after" At Tatton Park, Lucy won the visitors vote, who were impressed with the diversity of the designs, sense of colour and textures.
